General Summary:
Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants excel in implementing and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. They possess strong technical and functional expertise along with exceptional communication skills. This role involves managing client expectations, providing guidance in high-pressure situations, and ensuring successful project execution from pre-project briefings through to completion.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects and assist senior consultants on larger projects.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks.
- Conduct regular system health checks and optimize system performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Maintain high-quality work standards and attention to detail.
- Handle stressful situations effectively.
- Seek technical expertise when necessary without overburdening team members.
- Provide accurate time estimates for tasks.
- Understand team success as a measure of individual success.
- Learn new technologies through ongoing training and development.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor new consultants and lead projects.

- Ability to plan and deploy projects (e.g., system implementations, upgrades).

This role will suit you if:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
