Senior Operations Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in Operations, ICT, and Finance to join our client’s team as an Operations Manager, playing a crucial role in their continued success. Our client, a leading production company, is on the brink of ambitious growth and seeks a dynamic leader to direct all operational activities of the company.

- Expertly managed ERP system implementations, driving ongoing automation and enhancement.

- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring high-performing teams with proven results.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring prompt and accurate daily operations.
- Outstanding communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas effectively.
- Collaborated with Administration for timely task completion and data accuracy.
- Supported Site Supervisors in capacity planning to meet customer commitments.
- Promoted adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Managed site maintenance for facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Ensured compliance with visitor and security protocols.
- Implemented continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.
- Established and monitored performance metrics, initiating corrective actions.
- Analyzed data to drive informed decision-making and process enhancements.
- Ensured regulatory compliance and fostered a positive work environment.
- Led staff development and training initiatives for optimized performance.
- Collaborated cross-functionally to maximize ERP system utilization.

This role will suit you if:
- You currently reside within or are within commutable distance to Waterford City, based in the Southeast, and are available for extensive travel as needed.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in production management within a team-based manufacturing environment.
- You possess a robust understanding of technology, emphasizing a data-driven approach, and have strong proficiency in inventory systems, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and measurement tools.
- You are comfortable working in a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) environment.
