ICT Project Manager (Agile Coach) – Senior (x2 Roles Available)

We’re seeking three experienced professionals who are passionate about business agility, organisational coaching, and value-driven delivery.

 

Location: Dublin 1 – North Wall Quay
Work Model: Hybrid (50% onsite / 50% remote)
Start Date: 1st July 2025 or earlier (subject to onboarding and Garda vetting)
Contract Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract Duration: 12 months (initial)
 

About the Role:

As a Senior ICT Project Manager (Agile Coach), you will lead enterprise-level Agile initiatives, working directly with cross-functional teams, agile delivery leads, and senior leadership to facilitate business agility and sustainable transformation. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and embedding Agile methodologies and frameworks, while building a high-performing team culture aligned to best practices in Lean, Scrum, and Disciplined Agile Delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Agile adoption across teams, departments, and senior management

  • Coach delivery teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, tools, and techniques

  • Collaborate with the Agile Leads community to enhance capabilities and frameworks

  • Enable business agility and continuous improvement in cross-functional teams

  • Facilitate value stream mapping and Agile delivery frameworks

  • Support transformation strategy and cultural change initiatives


Mandatory Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in ICT project management or Agile coaching

  • Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum)

  • Experience leading complex enterprise programmes or transformations

  • Proven track record in Agile delivery at scale (Disciplined Agile Delivery, SAFe, etc.)

  • Experience with value stream mapping and continuous improvement frameworks

  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary specialist teams


Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong influencing and communication skills with senior stakeholders

  • Experience in public sector, finance, or regulated environments

  • Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, ICAgile, PMI-ACP, or similar)

  • Ability to drive measurable outcomes in Agile transformation settings
