Solution Architect – Dublin / Tullamore

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on a critical role shaping solution architecture within a dynamic and evolving technology landscape.
Location: Dublin 4 (Clonskeagh) and Tullamore
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite and remote as required, in line with client’s blended working policy)
Start Date: July/August
Contract Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract Duration: 12 months (with up to three optional 12-month extensions)
About the Role:
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and communicating multidimensional solution architectures that deliver agreed business outcomes. You will coordinate and manage target architectures across multiple projects, shape operational and maintenance models, define security and testing requirements, and provide risk-based governance during solution implementation.
It is expected that the successful candidate will be based at an office location in either Clonskeagh or Tullamore (but not both) to deliver the required services.
The work location will follow a blended working policy, which includes remote work with occasional onsite attendance for specific meetings, workshops, or other activities as needed.
This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of working independently and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate multidimensional solution architectures aligned to business objectives
- Coordinate target architecture across multiple projects or initiatives
- Define operation, maintenance, and change management models for solutions in production
- Establish policies for architecture components considering relevant standards and strategies
- Define solution requirements for security, privacy, and testing
- Develop and communicate implementation roadmaps
- Provide governance and manage change requests during solution delivery
- Lead architecture development for complex solutions ensuring consistency with requirements
- Manage trade-offs balancing functionality, service quality, and systems management
Mandatory Experience & Skills:
- 4 to 6 years’ experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in Oracle E-Business Suite environments
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Reporting Solutions (OBIEE, BIP)
- Experience with cloud services and developing migration roadmaps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Availability to commence services in Q4 2025
Mandatory Educational / Professional Requirements:
- Relevant Level 8 Third-Level qualification
- Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite or equivalent
