ICT Project Manager – Dublin / Tullamore

We are seeking a committed professional to manage the delivery of ICT projects within a dynamic and blended working environment.
 

Location: Dublin / Tullamore
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite and remote as required)
Start Date: Q4 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract Duration: 12 months


About the Role:

As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of ICT projects including planning, execution, and reporting. You will lead project teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure that key project milestones are achieved within scope, time, and budget. This role requires a highly organised professional capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

The work location will follow a blended working model, combining remote work with onsite attendance in either Dublin (Clonskeagh) or Tullamore as required for meetings, workshops, and other key activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop core project planning and risk management materials

  • Deliver accurate and timely project reporting

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams

  • Ensure achievement of project milestones and deliverables

  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Oversee resource management across project phases

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand priorities and align project goals

  • Use appropriate ICT project management tools for planning and reporting


Mandatory Experience & Skills:

  • 4 to 6 years’ experience in ICT project management within large or complex environments

  • Strong understanding of the ICT system implementation lifecycle

  • Proven experience in risk and resource management

  • Experience using ICT project management tools and methodologies

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Availability to commence services in Q4 2025


Mandatory Educational / Professional Requirements:

  • Relevant Level 8 Third-Level qualification

  • Formal qualification or certification in a relevant Project Management methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

  • Fluency in English

    • If not a native English speaker, candidates must have a CEFR C2 certificate (or equivalent), or demonstrate fluency to be verified if shortlisted
